Buildor recognises that your privacy is very important to you and that it is your right to control your personal information. We know that providing personal information is an act of trust and we take that trust seriously. Buildor will never sell, rent or otherwise disclose any of your personal information, including your email address, to any third party without your prior and explicit consent. Unless you give us specific consent to act otherwise, the following privacy policy will govern how Buildor handles the personal information that you provide to us.

1. Collection And Use Of Information
Buildor provides a password and collects your email address when you use the service to ensure that you have sole and unique access to the web pages that you create with Buildor and to communicate with you on Buildor-related matters. This is cross-referenced with the same information stored in our database which will also contain your ftp details should you choose to upload or download webpages or images using Buildor's ftp client. For security reasons we do not collect or store your ftp password at any point and we ask you to provide that password every time to use our ftp client. Our ftp service is provided entirely for your convenience and you can of course use any other ftp client (such as Fetch or FireFTP) if you prefer.

Access authorisation is granted to key Buildor staff only. Backups are run to prevent loss of information, and our Internet servers are housed in secure facilities.
We have security measures in place to protect our customer database and access to this database is restricted internally. However, it remains each Member’s responsibility:
to protect against unauthorised access to your details;
to ensure against use by anyone else of the Buildor Service through the machine that the member uses while they are logged on to the Buildor Service;
to log off or exit from the Buildor Service when not using it;
and to keep his/her password secret
7. Data Retention Period
We will retain your personal data only as long as is necessary for the purposes to which you consent under the Buildor Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy, or as is required by applicable law, and then we will delete it
8. Advertising
Companies and individuals registered in any Buildor Affiliate Program will receive aggregate information about customers that they direct to Buildor through links on their web site. No personally identifiable information will be provided to affiliate members; the information collected from our affiliates will be used strictly for the affiliates program and will not be used for general marketing purposes.
The Buildor Service may include interactive advertising for other businesses. We may use, and provide to third parties, anonymous demographic data provided by Members to target this advertising more appropriately

upload, post, transmit, store on your Web Page or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
upload, transmit, share, store on your Web Page or otherwise make publicly available on the Site content that would constitute, encourage or provide instructions for a criminal offence, violate the rights of any party, or that would otherwise create liability under or violate any national or international law;
use or attempt to use another's account, service or system without authorisation from us, or create a false identity on the Site;
upload, transmit, share, store on your Web Page or otherwise make publicly available on the Site content that in our sole judgment may expose us to any harm or liability;
edit or attempt to save websites that you do not own or to which you do not have have FTP access rights;
deep link to assets that are not hosted on the webservers that you own or to which you have FTP access rights.
7. Web Pages Stored on the Site
When you post content to your Web Page on the Site, you authorise and direct us to make such copies thereof as we deem necessary in order to facilitate the storage of the user content on the Site. If you choose to remove your Web Page from the Site, you acknowledge that we may retain archived copies of your Web Page. Buildor does not assert any ownership over your Web Page; rather, as between us and you, you retain full ownership of all of your Web Pages and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with it.
8. Copyright Complaints
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. We do not permit you to upload or store on your Web Page or otherwise make publicly available any materials that violate another person’s intellectual property rights. If we receive proper notification of alleged copyright infringement we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
9. Termination of Licence
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate the licence to use the Site of any user who either:
breaches these terms of use on more than one occasion or
infringes the intellectual property rights of others on any occasion.
10. Terms of Sale
Our Terms of Sale for the terms will be supplied in future if you order or buy goods or services from us. These Terms of Use will continue to apply to your use of any goods or services you may have purchased from us.

Neither Buildor nor its directors, employees or others acting for or on behalf of Buildor will be liable for any lossses suffered by you or any third party arising directly or indirectly from your use of the Site or the web pages created or amended on the Site.
We do not warrant that that the Site or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful code or programs placed there by third parties. We suggest that you use effective software protect your systems from viruses and other malicious software.
We do not endorse or recommend any products or services provided by any third party that may be mentioned on the Site.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us, our subsidiaries, and each of our and their directors, officers, agents, contractors, partners and employees, against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, costs and expenses, including legal costs, arising from or in connection with the content of your Web Page, your use of or the Site, or any violation of this Agreement or of any law or the rights of any third party.

These Terms of Use and all matters and issues relating to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any claim or suit with respect to these Terms of Use shall be brought in England and Wales .
15. Other

constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Site and replace any prior agreement between you and us relating to your use of the Site.
